Du Error - Property Disposition Code is missing

If you receive this error message, make sure there are no blank entries on the VOM screen regarding additional properties. Screenshot below indicating blank entries.

 

 

 

Additionally, make sure that the property has all of the necessary information completed. In the file below, the property will be used as field is blank.

 

Also, on URLA page 3, if they have not filled in the Property Status that also can contribute to this error:
